The bull shark is famously known for being one of the few sharks alive today that can not only venture into freshwater, but also travel and thrive thousands of miles up river). The bull shark is also known for being the third most dangerous shark causing 12.5% of the global confirmed unprovoked shark attacks in history causing 93 injuries and 26 fatalities. While the elusive dusky shark has only ever caused 2 unprovoked shark attacks (or .2%) causing 1 fatality and 1 injury.
